How do I customize my order?

For multi-color orders, please view the pattern options in the photo carousel on our product pages.

Select the 'Multi-Color' pattern of your choice in the color drop down menu.

Once you've added to your cart, please list your color choices in the "Order Special Instructions" field upon check out. Please double check that you've chosen your correct multi-color pattern and colors. If you are looking for a custom color pattern that isn't shown on our website, please CONTACT to discuss customization options so I can try my best to accommodate!

How long will it take to receive my order?

Depending on what "custom" item you order, it can take anywhere from 3-10 days. Each item is handmade to order and I am also at the mercy of supply chain and shipping delays.

We can't guarantee the exact delivery day, but once your orders have shipped out, (in Canada & USA) it typically take 3-7 business days to arrive. Overseas may take a bit longer.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order using the tracking number provided in the shipping notification email that gets sent out once your order is shipped.

How do I take care of my chunky knit item?

CozyDoe.co knits are made from chenille yarn (100% polyester), which means they are ultra soft and do not shed! They are also conveniently machine washable -- just wash your blanket alone on a gentle cycle, cold water, low spin, and air dry flat. Make sure to remove the cozydoe.co tag that is on your item before washing.

Please do take care with your blankets as any yarn knit goods are naturally delicate in nature.

What is your return policy?

Currently all sales are final. Please contact us immediately if your item is lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. Include your order number in an email addressed to livewellwithdonna@gmail.com. Changes cannot be made to your order after it has shipped.
