Return Policy
All custom-made pieces, created to your specific requirements (such as custom sizing, colour combinations and special design requests), are final sale and non-returnable. These items are made specifically for you, therefore we cannot accept cancellations, refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Sale items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Returns
We are happy to accept returns of items that are unworn with original tags, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it, within 7 days of receiving the parcel. If 7 days have gone by since the delivery of your order, unfortunately we cannot accept items outside of this return window. If items are received that have their tags removed, appear visibly worn or are returned outside of the return window, you will need to arrange these to be sent back to you at your own cost.
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipments and coordinating the return with their local courier. We highly recommend using a tracked service such as DHL Tracked. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit and we advise you to obtain proof of postage and a tracking number.

Refunds for returns
Once we have accepted your return, we will process your refund within 7 working days. You will receive an email notification to alert you that a refund is being processed.
